According to research Paw Paw Tree Twig Extract Can Kill Cancer Cells

So a potential costumer contacted me who knew I was a nature sunshine distributor. She asked if I had the herb formula Paw Paw. I checked to make sure I had it. We did carry it, so I asked her what she needed it for? She said she has breast cancer and was originally looking for  Sour sop or Graviola because she did research and found that it can help kill cancer cells. But after much research she  found out that Paw Paw is actually stronger than Graviola at treating cancer. So I helped her purchase Paw Paw online and she signed for a Free Nature Sunshine membership.

I did some more research  on Sour Sop, Graviola and Paw Paw and how it can kill cancer cells. Here is one article I would like to share with you all. I hope it is useful in helping others that may have cancer determine if this is something you can use.

Some excerpts from article –

“I recommend graviola on the basis of several scientific articles, several testimonials, and several comments by practitioners (mostly from Brazil), however, Paw Paw is actually stronger than graviola at treating cancer. Paw Paw is the more potent of the two because of its more sophisticated and larger molecular structures. Graviola is sometimes called “Brazilian Paw Paw,” which can cause some confusion.

Paw Paw is clearly more powerful than graviola when treating cancer, if the quality of the processing is comparable. However, I would take freshly cut graviola over bottled Paw Paw (but American’s can’t get freshly cut graviola). Graviola only has single ring compounds, while the Paw Paw’s acetogenins have several double ring compounds (e.g. bullatacin) which makes Paw Paw much more powerful.”

Paw Paw Cell-Reg l Cell Cycle Regulation

  • Supports the immune system.
  • Selectively affects specific cells.
  • Modulates ATP production in specific cells.
  • Modulates blood supply to specific cells.

How It Works:

The active compounds in Paw Paw Cell-Reg are a mixture of over 50 acetogenins. Acetogenins are active compounds that affect the production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) in the mitochondria (the powerhouse) of the cell. ATP is the cells’ major source of energy. Acetogenins selectively modulate the production of ATP in specific cells. Modulating the production of ATP affects the viability of specific cells and may help modulate the blood supply to them. Acetogenins also support and enhance the effectiveness of conventional medical regimens.

A clinical study with over 100 participants showed that the paw paw extract, containing a mixture of acetogenins, supports the body’s normal cells during times of cellular stress. Paw Paw Cell-Reg is the only standardized acetogenin product available to regulate specific cells. Nature’s Sunshine uses an extract of the twigs of the North American paw paw tree, which contain the most concentrated amount of acetogenins. These twigs are harvested when they are most biologically active, and the extract is standardized biologically using an invertebrate bioassay. This is a renewable resource since the tree is not harmed during the harvest.

Clean your liver with 5 things from your Refrigerator

Your liver is like a live- in housekeeping service in your body. It cleans your blood and help to remove all the toxins in your body. It is very vital that we keep it clean. We can keep it clean by using items we already have in our kitchen.

1. Lemon Water – Add some to your water every morning (liver produces more enzymes in response to water with lemon than to any other food.)

2. Turmeric – add this spice to your meats or soup  (encourage regeneration of liver cells. In addition, it increases natural bile production and aids in keeping the body toxin-free.)

3. Garlic – cut up some and add it to your meats or saute  it with your veggies (It contains allicin and selenium, which are both good for liver protection.)

4. Avocados- make a smoothie or add it to your salads (avocados had the most promise in protecting the liver from galactosamine, a “powerful” toxin that has been shown to produce a liver damage)

5.Cilantro- This herb can help remove heavy metals from the body

3 Natural ways to help with your Stomach Discomfort/Acid Reflux

Here are three great things that can help you with stomach discomfort, digestion problems or may help with your acid reflux. Be sure to consult your Medical Doctor because  stomach problems can be a more serious issue. I personally try to include this in my diet and I also take the herbal formula  Stomach Comfort.

1. Papaya fruit –

Papaya fruit, also known as pawpaw, is not only delicious but is also a favorite for it’s digestive, medicinal and nutritional value as well. Papayas are well known for their high enzyme content, helping the food break down quite rapidly without much extra work required from the body. This is one of the key reasons fruits are so essential to our diets, for their ease of digestibility, also due to their high water and soluble fiber content.

2. Licorice root-

Licorice is used for various digestive system complaints including stomach ulcers, heartburn, colic, and ongoing inflammation of the lining of the stomach. Some people use licorice for sore throat, bronchitis, cough, and infections caused by bacteria or viruses. There is some evidence that specially prepared licorice will speed the healing of stomach ulcers.

3. Ginger-

In China, ginger has been used to help digestion and treat stomach upset, diarrhea, and nausea for more than 2,000 years. In addition to being used as a medicine, ginger is used throughout the world as an important cooking spice. It also has been used to help treat the common cold, flu-like symptoms, headaches, and painful menstrual periods.Ginger is native to Asia where it has been used as a cooking spice for at least 4,400 years.

Incorporating the items above to help with your stomach or digestion problems are great. Using fresh Live food is best. Another options is to take a herbal formula that includes all the above ingredients. Check it out below:

  • Supports the digestive system.
  • Helps neutralize acid.
  • Soothes the stomach.
  • Supports proper digestion.

How It Works:

This pH-balancing formula provides natural ingredients to help nutritionally support digestion in times of occasional stomach upset. Stomach Comfort contains calcium carbonate, which is alkaline in nature and helps buffer acid. Alginic acid, which is converted to sodium alginate, helps maintain the mucus lining of the esophagus. Slippery elm bark coats and soothes the digestive tract while ginger root, papaya fruit and licorice root work synergistically to aid proper digestion. Licorice root has also long been used to support healthy stomach function.

Calcium, alginic acid from brown seaweed, papaya fruit, guar gum, slippery elm bark, ginger rhizome, licorice root concentrate and caseinate powder.

Recommended Use:

Chew 1 or 2 tablets up to three times daily for quick, temporary stomach relief. Chew 1–2 tablets between meals for pH balancing. Remember that digestive problems may be a sign of more serious health concerns.

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Ice Cream Recipe (No Sugar)

I came across this awesome recipe and thought I would share with you all.
Sugar Detox Cinnamon Sweet Potato Ice Cream with Toasted Walnuts
Serves: 2-3

  • 1 medium sweet potato or yam, baked until soft (stop worrying about size, it won’t make that big of a difference)*
  • 1 (14 oz) canned coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons cinnamon (the more the better. duh.)
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • more cinnamon
  • one more pinch of salt

  1. First, bake your sweet potato. So poke a crap ton of holes in it using a fork.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place your sweet potato on a baking sweet.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until your sweet potato is soft to the touch. The longer you bake it and the gushy-er it gets, the sweet it will be.
  4. Let sweet potato cool and remove the skin.
  5. Place sweet potato in a food processor along with your coconut milk and puree until smooth.
  6. Then add your vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pinch of salt and puree one more time.
  7. Place in fridge to cool for 30min.-1 hour depending how warm your sweet potato was.
  8. Add cooled mixture to your ice cream maker and follow the directions.
  9. While your ice cream churns, pull out a small saucepan, place under medium heat and add your 2 tablespoons of coconut oil along with ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  10. Then add your walnuts and mix around to help the coconut oil coat on all sides.
  11. Let your walnuts begin to roast. After a minute or so, they will become fragrant and then add your cinnamon and a bit of salt. Keep flipping around your walnuts so they do not burn and they can coat in the cinnamon.
  12. Add more cinnamon if you want. I did.
  13. Once your ice cream is done, top with walnuts. I also topped mine with a bit of sunbutter.

Tacos made with Only Cauliflower and Eggs

You can use it for  pizza crust or  taco shells!!!!
Tacos made with Only Cauliflower and Eggs
Serves: 2-3
Time: 30 minutes

2 cups of grated cauliflower (all the flowerets of a medium head)
3 eggs OR 4 egg whites
you may also season it with some cilantro and Chile powder..

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Use a food processor, blender, or hand grater to grate the cauliflower into a crumb-like texture
Move the grated cauliflower to a pan and add 1/4 cup of water. Cover the pan and steam over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes. Just make sure to stir half-way through to avoid the cauliflower from burning. Keep in mind that you will have a bit more water to squeeze out.
Place the now-cooked cauliflower in a kitchen towel, that is on top of a seive, on a bowl.
Make sure to drain as much excess water as possible.. there is surprisingly A LOT of water in cauliflower
Mix the drained cauliflower and eggs until smooth in a food processor or blender.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet into circles at about 1/4” thick.
Bake for 10 minutes. Flip. Bake for another 5-7 minutes. This is important to dry out the tortilla
Move the tortillas to cooling rack to cool, so the bottom does not become soggy
